Why do you continue to invite punishment? Must you rebel forever? Your head is injured, and your heart is sick. Isaiah 1:5 NLT
Revolt (KJV): Rebellious, apostasy, defection, turning aside, withdrawal.
Let's get into these definitions a little more....
Rebellious (NLT): defying or resisting some established authority, government, or tradition; insubordinate; inclined to rebel.
Apostasy: a total desertion of or departure from one's religion, principles, party, cause, etc.
This is why I’ve prayed for someone’s salvation when I noticed a rebellious spirit. They have turned their back on God the moment they reject God’s truth and instructions.
Defection: desertion from allegiance, loyalty, duty or the like.
Disloyalty
Withdrawal: to draw back, away, or aside; take back; remove; retract; recall; to remove oneself from some activity, competition, etc.
Pull back from God is pulling away from blessings.
What comes with a Rebellious Spirit?
Punishment from God
You can’t not do what God says. God give rewards to those who obey and punishment to those goes against what He says.
Isaiah 1:19: If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.
Sick/Injured Head/Mind
I believe this is what bring on those mental issues such as anxiety (worrying when God has told you not to worry), confusion, ignorance (Ephesians 4:18).
Faint/Sick Heart
Ephesians 4:18-20 KJV and NLT:
KJV: 'having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: who being past feeling Anything in this font color, please read in your time with God. have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But ye have not so learned Christ;
NLT: Their minds are full of darkness; they wander far from the life God gives because they have closed their minds and hardened their hearts against him.
TLV: They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance in them due to the hardness of their heart. Since they are past feeling, they have turned themselves over to indecency for the practice of every kind of immorality, with greed for more. (18-19)
Identifying a Rebellious Spirit
Reject the Lord
Reject truth/teaching against wrong
Withdraw
Demonstrate disloyalty even to themselves
No understanding/Darkness in mind/Ignorant
Hasn’t had a true encounter with God
Greed
Lascivious
Problem:
A person with a Rebellious Spirit can’t love effectively with a darkened mind and a hard heart. A person with a Rebellious Spirit can’t show loyalty. A person with a Rebellious Spirit won’t accept truth even after having a conversation posing as if they understand. A Rebellious Spirit will never do anything that shows competency or wisdom. A person with a Rebellious Spirit will talk themselves out of something good by withdrawing.
Solution:
We must come against this Rebellious Spirit by the Blood of Jesus! An exposed enemy is a defeated enemy! If there’s anything in your house like an animal, insect, bug, or rodent you don’t just settle and let it stay in your home. Once it has been exposed, you set traps and get some type of defense spray to capture and do away with what doesn’t belong in your home. It’s the same with an enemy! This Rebellious Spirit has been revealed and now we’re going to apply what we know to work. When Jesus died on the cross, he shed blood and water. The blood represents life and death to me. The blood kills what doesn’t belong and gives life to all that needs to live. We’re going to pray and plead the blood of Jesus!

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, by the Blood of Jesus, I cancel every rebellious spirit connected to me. In every area of my life I plead the blood of Jesus to cover it and remove the rebellious spirit: Love/Marriage, Finances, Career, Home, Divine Connections, Investors, Health, Family, Friends. The rebellious spirit must go. It will no longer hinder me from getting to my destiny. The rebellious spirit will no longer block me from my destiny and success in life! The rebellious spirit will no longer keep me from getting the elevation in my life that I have prayed for! The rebellious spirit will no longer rule over anyone connected to me. You, God, are more powerful than any spirit. The rebellious spirit must die TODAY! It shall no longer hinder the hearts of your people from giving and receiving love. God, shine your light where darkness covers the mind of your children keeping them from who you are and your love. Shine your light by the blood of Jesus! God, by the blood of Jesus, we come against and cancel all that’s contributing to everything and everyone rejecting you God and your commands. If you have said that a tumor, cyst, knot, pain, illness shall leave, by the blood of Jesus those things shall hear the word of the Lord and leave from your child. We plead the blood of Jesus over your children’s mind who has a rebellious spirit lying dwelling in them. They shall think clearly, move and speak with wisdom, seek your kingdom and righteousness and gain knowledge and wisdom every single day by the blood of Jesus. They will no longer withdraw and pull back from you God or those who guides them to your truth and light by the blood of Jesus! They will no longer be disloyal to you, themselves, or those you have placed in their lives by the blood of Jesus! They will no longer act in greed by the blood of Jesus!! Getting money for all of the wrong reasons will not be their main and only priority anymore by the blood of Jesus!!! By the blood of Jesus, your children will no longer do things against your will for money and material things- having sex/relationships with wicked people and anyone that you have not deemed as their counterpart. God by the blood of Jesus shine your light and let your children who are operating and navigating through life with a rebellious spirit encounter you God and your glory! Give them an encounter with you that they will never forget and will testify about wherever you take them and present an opportunity to speak about you. Give them an encounter that changes them forever just like you gave Saul an encounter with you on the Damascus Road in Acts 9. Take away the rebellious spirit and replace it with your Holy Spirit. By the blood of Jesus, the rebellious spirit will look at what use to be it’s home and see that it is now occupied by the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost and never return to your children! By the blood of Jesus we come against lasciviousness who those who possess a rebellious spirit has given themselves to. God, take ahold of your children and stake your claim for everyone to know and see that they belong to you and only you! In Jesus Name! Amen!
Declarations:

I decree and declare that (enter name) will not alienate themselves from the life of God through ignorance that is in them.
I decree and declare that (enter name) does not operate and live with a rebellious spirit, but only with the Holy Spirit.
I decree and declare that (enter name) heart is not faint or blind.
I decree and declare that (enter name) shall have an encounter with the one true living God and be changed for the better forever by the blood of Jesus.
I decree and declare that (enter name) is not lascivious and only desires the mate that you have created for him/her.
I decree and declare that (enter name) is not greedy and focuses on more than material things and pays his/her tithes cheerfully.
I decree and declare that (enter name) knows and believes in Christ.
I decree and declare that (enter name) is not rebellious.
I decree and declare that (enter name) does not turn his/her back on God and withdraw from God and all of his/her blessings from God.
